Portfolio Review

A one-hour session for in-depth review of tattoo and other artwork. Drawing on more than fifteen years of studio production, critique experience, and professional studio visits, we’ll survey the work you bring to the session and discuss practical suggestions to bring you closer to your artistic and technical goals. Particularly helpful if you’ve been working solo and are looking for feedback and dialogue with others!

I’ve met with Tamara for a portfolio review a couple of times, whenever I feel like my illustrations are getting stale and repetitive. Not only have they provided honest and constructive feedback on my technique, they also created a space for us to explore new concepts that I had been mulling over, and even provided interesting new sources of inspiration for me to check out. Tamara has a keen eye for what a creator is striving for and has a fantastic sense of what sort of guidance would be most relevant to the individual. They are kind and encouraging, I’ve always left our meetings feeling grounded and invigorated.
